How To: QR Codes

We’ve added the option to put QR codes with your enrollment link on many of our SmartDollar promotional resources. If you’d like to add your own enrollment link QR code to any of the materials you can find on the Resource Center, read on!

If you ever have any questions about this process, please don't hesitate to reach out to your Relationship Manager.

QR (Quick Response) Codes are simply a type of barcode that contains information. Most QR codes you’ll see these days are designed for anyone with a smartphone to point their camera app and quickly visit a link without needing to type or remember a long URL.

In short, it’s easier than remembering a link to type out. Plus, most smartphones can scan QR Codes right from their camera app without any extra steps.

QR Codes have certainly grown a lot in popularity ever since the COVID-19 pandemic. In fact, you’ve probably noticed that many restaurants and businesses are not handing out physical menus or information anymore. Instead, they’re posting signs with QR codes that allow you to view the information quickly right on your own device.
