How to Pull a Report:
- In SmartCenter, click Incentive Report in the menu.
- Select your custom dates from which you want to pull data.
- Enter the amount of points that match the criteria for your giveaway.
- Click Filter.
- Click Download to CSV to pull the entire list of eligible users.

When to Use These Resources:
We see the best results when give your team a heads up about your giveaway/incentive a week or two before. And then let them know at least once a week for monthly incentives. For longer time frames, you can space out communication to monthly.
