WHEN TO USE

Right now. If you're seeing this, now's still a great time to use this campaign! We've intentionally designed our campaigns to be evergreen, so even it we released it during a specific season you aren't tied to send it out during that time! If you're looking for some guidance on when the BEST time to send out communications:

• New Year – People are thinking about their goals/resolutions, including financial!
• Tax season – We’re federally mandated to think about money and reflect on the last year. Some people might even be getting their tax returns, so some extra guidance going forward would make a big difference for them!
• End of summer/back to school/Fall – Not the first thing that comes to mind but think about it. In an average year, people are just coming off of a season of vacations, travel, relaxation and probably not having their budget be top-of-mind. When that settles and the bank statements roll in, reality hits hard and fast so they want to end the year strong.

HOW TO USE

Email Simply copy and paste the content from the Word Doc and share it with your team. Feel free to send yourself a test send to make sure it works the way you expect. You can also use this content for an Intranet or Newsletter post- you can even save the header image to go with it! Really, wherever you have digital content published, this Word Doc email is a great resource for those channels. When using it as an email, remember to hyperlink your company's SmartDollar enrollment link* to the button that says 'Sign Up Today.'

Flyer These are great for any high-traffic areas: breakrooms, near time clocks, and sent via interoffice mail are just a few ideas to get the wheels turning. You can also use it digitally by attaching it to an email or hyperlinking it on an intranet page or newsletter.

Interactive Flyer If you're looking to give your team a taste of SmartDollar outside of the app, this is it! You can print the flyer or attach it to a digital channel.

Media Slide You can get super creative with how you use a media slide. The obvious use is on a tv screen in your break room, but you can also save it as an image (file>>export>>change the file type in the drop-down) and use it as your company's standard screen saver, your intranet or a social media-based portal (ie: Microsoft Teams, Jabber, Workplace by Facebook, etc.) Let us know what other creative ways you find to use the media slide!

Postcard This can be SO helpful if your budget allows printing! Sometimes your employee isn't the person who handles the finances in their household, so the best way to reach the right person is through the mail. The same is true if not all teammates have an email or a physical location that might expose them to a poster or flyer.
